#SalesforceWinter27 [Tip 31] - See Flow Run Metrics Right on the Canvas
Winter '27 brings flow run data onto the Flow Builder canvas.
Open an active flow, or an inactive one that has run before, and each supported element shows how many times it ran. Click an element and the new Analytics tab adds detail: total runs, run statuses, and average duration. No logs, no separate report.
Until now, this was available only for flows triggered by Data 360. It now covers other flows too, with a few exceptions. Screen flows and Flow Orchestration aren't supported, and Start and End elements don't show analytics.
Product Area: Flow
To turn it on, go to Setup, open Process Automation Settings, and select Log occurrences for all flow executions.
Here's an example. This record-triggered flow copies an account's address to its related contacts. The Update Related Contacts element shows six total runs right on the canvas. Open its Analytics tab and the Run Statuses chart shows that most of those runs ended in an error. That's the element to investigate first, and you found it without opening a single debug log.
